All orders will be carefully wrapped and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). After your order has been placed, picked and packed, you will receive an email notification advising you that your order has been shipped. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Prices displayed on the website are not inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Currently we only deliver within Australia. We deliver our toothbrushes from our warehouse in Melbourne, Nunawading 3131 Australia.
Once your order is placed, we cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon checkout. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you further.
Please note, currently we offer FREE SHIPPING (without tracking) Australia wide with any purchase. The delivery time frame for free shipping without tracking is 2 - 6 business days. If you would like tracking on your delivery, we would recommend parcel delivery which costs $7.95 and the delivery time frame is 2-4 business days. If you would like next business day delivery with tracking, we recommend Express Post which cost extra $10.85.

At Bamkiki we take great pride in our reputation for quality, so we are happy to exchange or refund full priced goods which are received back to us in our store strictly within 10 days of delivery. Any returns that arrive back to us over the 10 days period will not be accepted. The returned goods have to be in unused condition and in original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange.
You can return an item to our store for a refund or exchange if you:
• Received a damaged and/or faulty item
• Received an incorrect item
